How would you solve this problem?

One of the challenges I have faced when performing MIS TLIF's is the insertion of the cage into the disc space. Most of the time the inserter obscures your view of the edge of the dura and I always have felt a bit of angst as I insert the cage into the disc space through the MIS tube. Since developing instrumentation, retractors and techniques for endoscopic fusion with Integrity Implants, I have found and additional use for my endoscopic tubular retractors. Utilizing the same technique for interlaminar endoscopic decompression, a small tubular retractor can be utilized to retract the dura out of the way to allow the surgeon to complete the endplate preparation and insert the expandable cage safely.
